In 2004 I had a hip replacement and ever since then I have referred to myself as an artificial hippy. These lino cuts are based on that idea. Old age has nothing to do with us.

The title is a shortened version of the Ogden Nash quote :
"You are only young once, but you can stay immature indefinitely."
